(More customer reviews)I bought these wheels to replace the ones on my Craftsman lawn mower.This lawn mower has unique wheels, whereby there is a ring gear inside the back of the wheel (poor design by Craftsman). The original wheels had stripped the gear (after a year of use), and the self propel would no longer function.These wheels fit perfectly, and self propel once again works.I may buy another set to keep on hand, I can see these wheels having to be replaced after a period of time due to craftsman's design flaw of the self propel mechanism.The drive gear is metal, and the ring gear in the wheel is plastic.I think they should have made a metal ring gear to fit the inside of the back of the wheel, instead of plastic, and it would have extended the life of them.
